How we check a game before it goes on the map
Every guide follows the same procedure, and the date on it is the day the facts were last checked.

Play it on a computer and a phone
Each game is opened on Poki.com and played on a computer and on a phone before a word of the guide is written.

Match the keys to Poki's description
The controls we used in play are compared with the controls Poki lists. The guide gives the keys exactly as they work.

Write down the aim and the catches
The guide records what the game asks of you, what ends a run, and the honest downsides, including Poki's ads.

Date the check
The day the facts were checked is printed on every guide, next to the date Poki last updated the game.

Check again after a Poki update
When Poki shows a newer update date for a game, we play it again and revise the guide. The checked date changes only after a real recheck.
Who draws this map
Caelonaskjinx is an independent reference to a small set of games on Poki. The Caelonaskjinx editorial team plays each one, checks the controls against Poki, and writes down the aim, the keys and the catches. We are not Poki and not the studios behind the games.

The guides on this site are free to read. The games open on Poki.com, which offers them in the browser at no charge and shows ads alongside them.
No. Every game runs in the browser on Poki.com, and nothing on this site is a file to install.
Every game is played on a computer and on a phone before its guide is written. Where a game needs a keyboard, the legend says so; where Poki gives on-screen buttons instead, that is written down too.
