1. What Caelonaskjinx is
Caelonaskjinx is an independent reference: written guides to a small set of games that are published on Poki. Using the site means reading it; there is nothing to sign up for.
2. The guides are information, not a promise
Every guide records what we found when we played the game and compared its controls with Poki's description, on the date printed on the guide. Games change. A key, a device or an update date may be different by the time you read it, and we cannot promise that a game will behave exactly as described.
3. Links to Poki
The games themselves are on Poki.com, which we do not own, operate or control. Following a game link takes you to a separate site with its own terms, its own privacy policy and its own advertising. Anything that happens there is between you and Poki.
4. Game names, trademarks and images
Game titles, logos and artwork belong to their respective owners. They appear here to identify the game a guide is about. Caelonaskjinx is not affiliated with Poki or with the studios that made these games, and nothing on this site should be read as their endorsement.
5. The text on this site
The guides, the course structure and the layout are original work of this site. Read them, quote a line with a link back, print a guide for yourself. For republishing a guide in whole or in substantial part, ask first at support@caelonaskjinx.com.
6. Corrections and takedown requests
If something here is wrong, or if you hold rights in material used on this site and want it removed, write to support@caelonaskjinx.com. We check the point against the game and Poki, correct the guide where it is wrong, and update the checked date.
7. Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on a guide, from a game behaving differently than described, or from anything that happens on a site we link to. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
8. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with them.
